About the job

We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented coach who is motivated by helping job seekers move forward towards work or studies.

About the role

As a coach, you will work closely with participants and help them find the right path forward.

The role includes:

• Coaching participants in individual conversations

• Matching candidates with employers and educational opportunities

• Supporting participants with CVs, cover letters, and interview training

• Holding group meetings and information sessions

• Building and developing networks with companies in Gävle and surrounding areas

Requirements.

Requirements – meet at least one of the alternatives

Alternative 1

• At least 180 higher education credits

• At least 2 years of full-time work experience

Alternative 2

• At least 1 year of post-secondary studies

• At least 3 years of full-time work experience in areas such as:

- Leadership

- Recruitment

- Transition work

- Study and career guidance

- HR issues

- Labor market issues

- Social and group psychology

- Career counseling
